At Eden & Co, every piece of jewellery is crafted with care and intention. As a specialist in custom, made-to-order jewellery, we want to ensure you know exactly when to expect your order and how it will arrive.

Production & Processing Times

1.1 Custom Made-to-Order

  • All of our jewellery is custom made to order.

  • Please allow 6–8 weeks from the date your order is received for production, quality inspection, and delivery.

1.2 Click & Collect – Brisbane Metro (Coming Soon)

  • For customers in the Brisbane Metro area, Click & Collect will soon be available on Ready to Ship and Made-to-Order pieces.

  • You will receive an email and SMS notification once your order is ready for collection.

  • Photo ID matching your order details will be required at pickup.

Shipping Costs

4.1 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

4.2 Express Post upgrades may be available for faster delivery after production.


Tracking & Notifications

5.1 You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase is placed.

5.2 A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.


Risk of Loss & Delays

6.1 Risk of loss passes to you once your order has been lodged with Australia Post or delivered to your nominated address.

6.2 Eden & Co is not liable for delivery delays caused by Australia Post, customs processes, or events beyond our control.

6.3 Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and cannot be guaranteed.
